Description

A midi cocktail dress with a bustier bodice — seamed and boned through the cups, with fine shoulder straps that can be worn or removed.

The skirt is a full circle cut in a heavy duchess-look satin, pleated onto the waist seam and held out by a layer of tulle underneath the hem. Concealed zip at the back. The satin has the stiffness to keep the skirt standing away from the leg.

Available in black and light pink.

Which size should I take?

The size chart on this page lists the real garment measurements in centimetres for this exact style — not a generic conversion table. Bust is usually the number that decides the fit, so start there.

Will this work as a wedding guest or occasion dress?

Some of these are cut for it and some are not, and the description on each page tells you which. For occasions, look at the satin and chiffon styles in Wedding Guest Dresses; for a hot outdoor day, Summer Dresses are the lighter cottons and linens.

How do I care for it?

The care label inside the garment is the authority for that fabric. As a rule: satin, chiffon and viscose prefer a cool, gentle wash or dry cleaning; cotton and linen are happy at 30°C. Hang to dry rather than tumble — it keeps the drape and the length.

How long does delivery take?
