The body is unstructured, so it settles into a soft fold when it is not full, and the top closes on a hidden zip. Inside there is a zip pocket and two slip pockets. A stitched leather patch sits low on the front, and the canvas is heavy enough to hold up under a full load of shopping.

What are the dimensions and what fits inside?

Capacity, compartments and laptop-sleeve size are listed in the description for each bag, along with whether the strap detaches or the back panel is padded.

Is it waterproof?

Coated and waxed finishes shrug off a shower, and the description says which finish a bag uses. None of them are submersible — treat rain as fine and a downpour as not.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are picked the next working day. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum, and every order is tracked — you get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. After dispatch, delivery usually takes a few working days depending on the destination.

Can I return it?
